3. Booking and Payment 

- **Reservations:** To book a session, clients must confirm their session by providing a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

- **Payment Methods:** We accept payments via cash, credit card, and other methods specified on our website. 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

- **Cancellation Policy:** Clients may cancel a session by providing written notice at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits for cancelled sessions are non-refundable. 

- **Rescheduling:** Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. 

5. Client Responsibilities 

Clients are responsible for: 

- Arriving on time for their scheduled session. 

- Communicating any specific requests or needs prior to the session. 

- Ensuring that all participants are present and ready at the scheduled time. 

6. Copyright and Usage Rights 

- All images taken by David Krisher Photography LLC are the intellectual property of the Company. Clients receive a limited license to use the images for personal use only unless specified otherwise in writing. 

- Commercial use of images requires written permission and may incur additional fees. 

7. Liability 

David Krisher Photography LLC is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during a photography session, including but not limited to accidents, equipment failure, or adverse weather conditions. 

8. Privacy Policy 

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available on our website, for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lebanon, Missouri. 

10. Amendments 

David Krisher Photography LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
