Terms of service for Legacy Luxe Studio

Effective Date: 26 November 2025

1. Overview

Legacy Luxe Studio (“Studio,” “we,” “our”) provides luxury portrait photography services including consultations, sessions, artwork design, ordering appointments, and product delivery. By booking any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable session fee is required to reserve your date. All artwork purchases are completed during your Ordering Appointment. Payments must be made in full before products are designed or delivered. Pricing is locked in at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Session fees are non-refundable. You may reschedule once with 48 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit the session fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Weather, Illness & Studio Discretion

Sessions may be rescheduled for severe weather, illness, or safety concerns at the Studio’s discretion.

5. Image Selection, Editing & Artistic Rights

The Studio selects all final images. Editing reflects the Legacy Luxe aesthetic. Additional retouching may incur fees.

6. Digital Files & Print Products

All artwork is custom-made and all sales are final. Production times vary 3–6 weeks. Color/material variations are normal.

7. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to arrive prepared, follow guidance, supervise minors, and maintain a respectful environment.

8. Copyright & Usage Rights

All images are copyrighted by the Studio. Digital files include personal-use rights only. A model release is granted unless opted out in writing.

9. Liability

The Studio is not liable for injuries, delays, lost items, or technical failures. Liability for lost images is limited to a reshoot.

10. Satisfaction Guarantee

Products damaged upon arrival will be replaced if reported within 72 hours.

11. Communication

Clients agree to respond to communications sent via email, phone, text, or portal.

12. Agreement

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to all terms listed.
